Gym Bugs
Gym Bugs is our introductory team program for young gymnasts who are showing an interest in competitive gymnastics. This is a training-focused program, giving athletes the chance to build strength, learn foundational skills, and get comfortable with the structure and commitment of team gymnastics.
Gym Bugs do not compete yet, but they'll spend their time preparing for what comes next, and having plenty of fun along the way.
Compulsory USAG
Levels 2–5 | Taking skills to the competition floor.
Our Compulsory Team is where gymnasts begin competing in the USAG program. Athletes train on all four events and work toward mastering the specific skills and routines required for their level.
With regular practices and competitions throughout the season, gymnasts learn what it means to work toward a goal, support their teammates, and perform with confidence.
Optional Teams
For gymnasts ready for their next challenge!
Our Optional Team is the next step for athletes who are ready for greater independence, more advanced skills, and a more personalized competitive experience. Gymnasts continue developing their skills across all four events while working toward individual goals and routines.
At this level, athletes are challenged to push themselves, take ownership of their training, and discover just how much they're capable of.
