RECREATION CLASSES

We believe in providing top-notch gymnastics classes for children of all ages and levels. Our classes are designed to cater to all ages and levels. With experienced and certified instructors, we create a safe and nurturing environment for your child to develop their gymnastics skills and build their confidence. BEGINNER GYMNASTICS

1 Hour class

Beginner gymnastics is a great place for your athlete to get started. Athletes will learn how to properly use all of the gymnastics equipment. Class time is spent working on beginner skills on bars, beam, floor, and vault/trampoline. Classes are 1 hour long, once per week. Gymnastics can choose to sign up for multiple classes a week.

ADVANCED BEGINNER GYMNASTICS

1 hour class

Advanced beginner gymnastics is where your child's journey truly takes flight! Our dynamic program fosters skill development in a safe, energetic environment, encouraging kids to push their limits. Join us as we nurture their passion for movement, building confidence and friendships along the way!

Intermediate gymnastics is a great place for your athlete to continue to develop their gymnastics skills. Class time is spent working on intermediate skills on bars, beam, floor, and vault/trampoline. Classes are 1 hour long, once per week. Gymnastics can choose to sign up for multiple classes a week.

Advanced

1.5 Hour class

Advanced gymnastics is a great place for your athlete to continue to elevate their gymnastics skills. Class time is spent working on advanced skills on bars, beam, floor, and vault/trampoline. Classes are 2 hours long, once per week. Gymnastics can choose to sign up for multiple classes a week.
