COMPETITIVE TEAMS

Gym Bugs

Gym Bugs is where it all begins. This is a training team. Gymnasts will not compete at this age. Practice times will be 1 1/2 hour per week. Dedication and discipline is a must, but your gymnast will have a blast learning and competing.

Compulsory USAG

Compulsory is Level 2, 3, 4 and 5. Gymnasts will compete 5-7 times per year on all four apparatus. Practice times will vary from each level. Gymnastics team is not for everyone and that is okay. Dedication and discipline is a must, but your gymnast will have a blast learning and competing.

OPTIONAL TEAMS

Optional Teams will compete 7 times per year on all four apparatus. Gymnastics team is not for everyone and that is okay. Dedication and discipline is a must, but your gymnast will have a blast learning and competing.
